It is very important to RH Pumper A/S to show social responsibility and create value for the company, business partners and society. This must be done in accordance with internationally recognized principles of corporate social responsibility.

When we work with CSR policy internally at RH Pumper A/S, we seek to work with the principles of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

We want to contribute to the reduction of environmental impact in the areas where we operate, thereby minimizing our carbon footprint.

Education and employment

At RH pumper A/S, training and development of employee skills is a high priority. We know the importance and value of keeping all employees up to date with the latest knowledge. This is done through factory visits and training courses, among other things.

We put a lot of effort into ensuring that the latest knowledge is communicated throughout the company through knowledge sharing and documentation.

As part of the company’s profile, RH Pumper A/S is in continuous dialog with educational institutions. Students are typically presented with cases to work on. When you work at RH Pumper A/S, you should be safe and secure at work. That’s why it’s important to fulfill the responsibility that comes with our ISO 45001 certification.

All our field technicians have received internal safety training upon hire. We have a strong focus on keeping workplace accidents to an absolute minimum. This is done through mutual accountability and a thorough introduction of new employees to the company. There is a strong emphasis on the correct use of auxiliary and protective equipment and that the workplace is always tidy and orderly. All accidents and near misses are registered by the occupational health and safety officer.

Each employee prepares a safe job analysis/risk analysis before the assignment. This is prepared regardless of the size and scope of the assignment.

Environment and reducing climate impact

At RH Pumper A/S, we continuously seek to reduce the company’s climate impact in our production and processes. It is important to us that we comply with our ISO 14001 certification. We proactively seek and identify where we can positively contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.

Within the company, we have installed energy-saving light sources and automatic light switching. Chargers have been installed so that visitors can charge their electric cars, and the possibility of supplementing the company’s cars with electric vehicles is being explored on an ongoing basis.

Climate-friendly investments

We continuously invest in machines and equipment that have a green profile. This is to contribute positively to the overall climate footprint. It is important for RH Pumper A/S to use equipment that contributes positively to the overall reduction of CO2.

RH Pumper offers proprietary electrically powered pumping solutions to replace or supplement our motorized pumps to reduce Co2 emissions

In addition, we continuously replace outdated IT hardware and machines with new and more energy-efficient solutions.
