Can pumps be monitored to predict failures and breakdowns?
Yes, we can. We can upgrade pumps and pumping stations with level sensors, alarms and remote monitoring (SRO) to detect faults early and avoid breakdowns.
Can RH Pumper handle both mechanical repair and electrical/automation?
What we do. Our technicians work with mechanical service, electrical troubleshooting and control upgrades. We can also replace valves, fittings and components as needed.
Does RH Pumper perform service agreements and planned maintenance?
Yes, we do. We offer fixed service agreements where we review pumps, controls and installations at fixed intervals. This minimizes breakdowns and ensures stable operation over time.
Does RH Pumper offer emergency repairs?
Yes, we do. We have a fast response time and can respond to acute downtime, damage or blockages. The goal is to get the plant back in operation as quickly as possible.
When is it time for pump service?
Signs of needing service can be reduced capacity, abnormal noises, frequent stops, increased energy consumption or control issues. Regular service – e.g. annually – extends the life of the pump and reduces the risk of downtime.
What types of pumps does RH Pumper service?
We service all types of pumps, including wastewater pumps, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, industrial pumps and stainless steel pumps – regardless of make or size.
